PPSC State Merit Program
Earning merits for your state Fellowship or Associate Fellowship shows your dedication to the photographic industry in our state, through a commitment to volunteer your time through service, entering print competitions, and speaking at educational events.
Earning merits towards your State Fellowship and Associate Fellowship is easy. Simply list your merits with the date earned using the form below. You can see a full list of merit earning activities below the Merit Request Form. Merits must be submitted by January 31 each year. Awards will be awarded at our Awards Banquet during the Annual Conference. Merits submitted after the annual deadline will be recognized at the following year’s annual Awards Banquet. Your merit report will be updated prior to each years annual conference.
If you have performed merit earning services, educational speaking engagements or attended and/or hosted events, please submit them using the form below. Print competition merits are awarded by print competiton committee.

Fill out the form below to request PPSC State Merits to be applied towards your state Fellowship or Associate Fellowship.
A NEW form must be submitted for each merit type. Please Note: while typically Print Competition Merits are automatically awarded, if you feel you are missing certain Print Comp Merits, you can use this form to claim those missing merits (subject to review).
All awards and degrees are conferred on members at the Annual Conference.
State merits are not interchangeable with degree earning merits from Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Merits are tallied annually and maintained by our PPSC president.
